ETHIOPIAN INDUSTRIAL PARKS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (IPDC)

The Ethiopian Industrial Parks Development Corporation (IPDC) was established in 2014, as a public enterprise. Inspired from the full support of government, IPDC is becoming an engine of rapid industrialization that accelerate economic transformation and attract both domestic and foreign investors.
To activate both pre and post investment servicing, it avails serviced industrial land, pre-built sheds equipped with all-encompassing utilities and infrastructural facilities that fit international standards.
The industrial parks developed by IPDC:

  • Addis Industrial Village (8.7ha)
  • Bole-Lemi (342 ha)
  • Kilinto (308 ha)
  • Hawassa (300 ha)
  • New parks: Dire Dawa, Kilinto, Adama, Kombolcha, Mekelle, Jimma, and Bahir Dar
