SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE OF NKOK

Nkok Special Economic Zone (SEZ), which spreads over 1,126 hectares, is a result of a public-private partnership between the State and the Singaporean company, OLAM International, in the form of the establishment of Gabon Special Economic Zone (GSEZ), a semipublic company incorporated in Gabon responsible for the development and marketing of the site.
The zone started operations in the course of 2014 with the exports of manufactured products.
It arouses a keen interest in comparison with the continuous influx of foreign direct investments since the first companies set up.
